Jasmine teaches physical educational sports related classes at a number of differing high school locations in the metropolitan regions of her city.

Jasmine has always dreaded the end of semester theory tests that she is required to assign her students because a number of her key sports students are atypically talented with the physical tasks however when it comes time to 'knuckle down' and apply theory they freeze up and become very distressed.

A fair component of the tasks Jasmine now assigns are research related where students search for, gain information and locate online learning material that is interest to them. A great deal of this interest is contemporary sportpersons and their respective fields of endeavours.

Jasmine has set up 'team' RSS feed sites where students collect RSS feeds from key sporting sites pages and regularly trawl through the most recent updates and undertake spoken and written tasks related to their research. Jane adds new feeds to their feedreaders also.

Jane has actively encouraged students to maintain a team vodcasting blog which contains short movies that demonstrate good practice sporting skills . Each post produces RSS and there has been a huge uptake from affiliated sporting clubs in the local area, actively promoting the schools sports programs and driving subscribers into the schools vodcasting blogging platform.
